What ages is oh YAY! it’s your day best for?

Creativity and crafts are for everyone in my opinion, and I can work with you to tailor activities for the age group you need.

Where are you located? What areas do you serve?

oh YAY! is based in the western suburbs of Chicago and that is the area we are serving at this time. However! I am open to working something out in the Chicagoland area if at all possible, so please, say hey, and let’s see what we can do.

Do you have a physical space for parties?

I do not at this time, but would I love to have one in the future?? Absolutely I would. In the meantime, I would love to help you figure out the perfect place to party if that place is not your home.

What’s included in the package?

In our initial chat, we’ll pin down just what you’ll need and then refine and select during the mood board process so I know just what to source.

We don’t handle food or other vendors, and those things are a non-negosh. We WOULD negosh on themed decor as an add-on that would be delivered with the rest of your materials. We are also very happy to recommend some great local vendors!

How long does an average craft sesh take?

I think getting 30+ minutes of attention is a huge win, this amount of time increases with age. We like to put together parties that include multiple avenues for creativity and engagement to keep the fun going as long as it can.

What level of mess are we looking at?

It’s up to you! With the littlest littles we are for sure going to steer towards paint daubers instead of paint brushes and paint palettes. Acrylic paint pens are a great option with older kids and help to keep things simple. We do not typically work with loose glitter as much as we love it. Bottom line is I will work with you to find a creative solution that you’re comfortable with without sacrificing fun.
